One of our grant recipients has just experienced a great loss. They were hoping to bring their child home in June but plans have changed. Even though they are disappointed in this turn of events, they know that there is a child out there that is in need of the "forever" family that they can provide. Hand in Hand will hold their grant for up to one year as they continue their search for the child who God has planned for their family.

This is a first for Hand in Hand. Two Matching Grants awarded in one day! Mike and Sandy and Nate and Julie have both been awarded Hand in Hand Matching Grants. Mike and Sandy are looking to add to their family with a little girl from Ethiopia and Nate and Julie will be starting their family with a little one from the US. Be praying that the rest of the adoption process will go smoothly for these two families.

Andy and Leah are expecting their first child to be home in June. Hand in Hand has helped in this process by providing a Matching Grant to help with the adoption expenses. We pray this will relieve some of the burden of starting a family. The new pictures should be here soon so be looking!!
